By the approval for the establishment of ANSAROLMOJAHEDIN saving and GHARZOLHASSANE Fund, the license was issued by the ministry of interior with number of 6577 registered in March 1992. This Fund by having two decades of banking experiences and establishing 600 branches and 50 counters all over the country is looking for preparing various banking services. In the framework of article of association with attention to growing procedure and variety of banking and financial services and creating essential conditions, Ansar Fund after passing preliminary levels and considering all the necessary conditions appealed establishing of credit finance institute to the central bank of Iran.

After considering all the necessities, central bank Approved and changed Ansar Gharzolhassane Fund to the credit and finance institute. In line with the main policies of principle No. 44 and with attention to the real capacities of the institute in providing banking services and also central bank policies in order to organize credit and finance institutes, the offer of Ansar bank establishment has been proposed by finance and credit council in a meeting dated 22/9/2009. Ansar bank based on the rules of non-governmental banks establishment and other related regulations was registered in Tehran Registration office for Companies dated 29/05/2010 under the number of 374528. Banking operational certificate numbered 89/59204 was issued by the central bank dated 10/06/2010. After initiating bank activities, Ansar bank took the responsibility of assets and debts including sources and expenses and also branches of Ansar Fund and as a result Ansar institute separated itself from Ansar bank which
then started its activities as a bank with an expanded network all over the country.
