The Supreme Court of Justice in Quintana Roo, Mexico, is a public institution under the jurisdiction of the region’s court system, in accordance with criminal and civil laws. Quintana Roo is located in the southwestern part of Mexico and is famous as the Caribbean region of Mexico, as it is located next to the Caribbean Sea.
Due to the region’s unique conditions, several factors were considered when choosing a security system. First, the cameras had to be durable enough to withstand the extreme weather conditions in the area. Temperatures exceed 27°C throughout the year, with scorching heat in the summer. Rainfall reaches 59 inches annually. Additionally, the region is periodically exposed to storms and strong winds. Furthermore, the cameras needed to be shockproof and visible in outdoor public spaces.
Messoa cameras, featuring waterproof enclosures with temperature control systems, were the ideal choice for these conditions. This type of casing maintains an operating temperature of 60°C, which is 10°C higher than other cameras. With IP66 and IP67 standards, the casing is waterproof. Additionally, the vandal-proof cameras can withstand up to 1000 kg of force.
Initially, 30 cameras were ordered and installed in one of the court’s halls. The court officials were impressed by the quality of these cameras. The zoom speed of the cameras was much faster than that of other cameras. The level of satisfaction with the camera quality was so high that they decided to order more cameras.
