Application
GV-AS1520, a high-precision UHF RFID controller, features an attractive Proximity Reader for vehicle management. The system can operate as a standalone device and detect moving vehicles up to 10 meters (32.8 feet) away.
Each GV-AS1520 can store up to 100,000 cards and seamlessly integrate with GeoVision’s access control platform (GV-ASManager) to create a complete and hassle-free security solution. Angle Check: The recommended height for installing and placing the RFID card reader is between 18 m to 22 m (5.9 ft to 7.2 ft) and should not be lower than the location of the RFID tag.
The corresponding placement between the RFID reader and the tag is depicted in the image above.
