Tehran Megamall is an earthquake resistant building which is designed to withstand earthquakes measuring 9 on the Ritcher, this feature makes this building a safe and desirable place for commerce, business and for buying daily commodities. This huge complex is located within a 19 hectars land of a mixed development project in Ekbatan Town, in South West of Tehran, Municipality District 5. Tehran Megamall has 5 floors of shopping arcade with a gross area of 200,000 square meters. A 4 star international hotel, Grand restaurant hall, Children’s playground and more than 2800 covered parking spaces, are other facilities of this complex.

One of the ideal features of this complex is its easy access to Tehran’s highways. The northern and southern part of Tehran Megamall  provides access to Tehran-Karaj Freeway and Jade Makhsoos Karaj respectively, and the eastern part of this complex has access to Shahid Sattari Expressway (Nur) through which you can easily find access to Hakim Expressway, Hemat Highway, and Niayesh Expressway

Building automation system (BAS) is a new innovation that controls and monitors the building’s mechanical and electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, power systems, fire systems, and security systems and in order to improve the control on the building, it is used besides building management system (BMS).

This system which is according to the latest achievements of electronic management of buildings and malls (MMS & BMS), controls different parts of building’s mechanical and electronic installation requirements in the same structure. Safety and security, advertisement and notices, intelligent management of the floors and parking, short-term and mid-term training systems, special cleaning under supervision and management of experienced local and foreign consultants and managers are all integrated and the latest equipments and management tools which are at the international level, are used in this complex.
