Yes. Didarc is the official representative of GeoVision in Iran, and every product comes with a valid warranty and technical support. If you have any questions about a product’s authenticity or warranty, we’re happy to help before you buy.
How can I get a quote for a project?
Just use the “Get a Quote” button or contact us and tell us a little about your needs (number and type of cameras, installation environment, budget). Our team will suggest a suitable solution and prepare a project-based quote for you.
Are GeoVision cameras ONVIF-compatible?
Most GeoVision network cameras and devices support ONVIF and can work alongside equipment from other brands. For a specific model, check that product’s specifications or ask us.
Can I view fisheye camera images on my phone?
Yes. With GeoVision’s mobile app you can view fisheye cameras in de-warped mode on your phone and switch between the different views.
How do I play back videos stored on the microSD card?
On-card recordings are usually browsed and played through the camera’s software or web interface. Playing the files directly may require the device’s dedicated tool depending on the model — we can guide you through it.
How do I update a camera’s firmware?
You can update firmware using GeoVision’s device-management utility, which lets you upgrade several devices at once. The latest firmware for each product is available in the “Downloads” section of this site.
Which camera is suitable for outdoor use?
For outdoor installation you want a camera with weatherproof housing (e.g. IP66/IP67), night vision (IR), and vandal resistance if needed. Our “Product Selector” lets you find the right camera by exactly these features.
What’s the difference between PoE and a power adapter?
With PoE, both power and data travel over a single network cable, which makes installation simpler and cleaner; a power adapter is useful when a PoE switch isn’t available. We help you pick the best option when planning your project.
Is cloud connectivity available?
Yes — GeoVision offers cloud solutions for remote access, storage and centralized management. Depending on your needs, we can recommend the right option.
